Please note we do not accept change of mind for any orders after dispatch. By completing purchase and making payment you accept these terms. We ensure all plants are hand selected we only select the best quality plants and we personally take care to pack them for safest possible travel for delivery and in good condition when dispatched. Once plants have been collected it is out of our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their terms with transport, and if necessary make a claim with the transport company upon receiving goods.
